These terms apply specifically to the Summer Camp 2026 program.
1. Participation
Participation in the Summer Camp is voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility.
2. Supervision & Safety
All activities are organized under supervision. Participants are expected to follow instructions at all times.
The camp is guided by trained and carefully selected supervisors, including students in sports and related fields. All supervisors are instructed and prepared to guide participants in a safe and responsible manner and operate under the responsibility of the organization.
3. Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate personal insurance, including health, travel and liability coverage.
4. Liability
The organization ensures a structured and safe environment but cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, unless caused by proven intent or gross negligence.
5. Program
The organization reserves the right to adjust the program due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, without affecting the overall experience.
6. Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others, supervisors and the environment.
In case of inappropriate behavior, the organization reserves the right to exclude a participant from further participation. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Payment & Confirmation
Participation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
8. Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation by the participant must be communicated in writing.
Up to 8 weeks before the start date: 50% refund
Within 8 weeks before the start date: no refund
In exceptional cases (e.g. medical reasons), the organization may decide to offer a partial refund at its discretion.
9. Medical & Health
Participants (or their parents/guardians) are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information prior to the camp. Participation is only possible if the participant is able to participate in the program safely and responsibly, taking into account the nature of the activities.
10. Medical Consent
Participation requires explicit parental/guardian consent for medical assistance in case of emergency. This includes consent for first aid and, if necessary, transport to a medical facility.
If this consent is not provided, the organization reserves the right to refuse participation.
This consent is a necessary condition for participation and is required to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
11. No-show
If a participant does not attend the camp, no refund will be issued.
This also applies in cases where the participant cancels but is not eligible for a refund under the applicable cancellation terms.
12. Minimum Participants & Cancellation by Organization
The Summer Camp requires a minimum number of participants (to be determined by the organization).
If this minimum is not reached, the organization reserves the right to cancel the camp.
Participants will be informed no later than 4 weeks prior to the start date.
In case of cancellation by the organization, all payments will be fully refunded within 14 days. The organization is not liable for any additional costs incurred.
13. Changes
The organization reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule or location if necessary.
14. Participation & Suitability
The Summer Camp takes place in an outdoor environment with water-based and physically active activities.
Participants must be able to participate in the program independently and safely, without requiring specialized or individual supervision.
Due to the nature of the location and activities, the camp may not be suitable for participants with certain physical or medical limitations.
We advise participants and parents to carefully assess whether the program is appropriate. If in doubt, please contact the organization in advance.
By completing the booking and payment, the participant (and parent/guardian) agrees to these terms and conditions.
